Sacraments and Religious Rituals
When requested, our chaplains will administer Baptism and Holy Communion. We are also available for anointing the sick, prayer, and infant blessing/dedication. While we do not have a priest on staff, we work closely with clergy in the community and are able to secure the services of a priest when a patient or family makes that request.
Diversity
Our chaplains are committed to respecting each patient’s spiritual path. All of our chaplains are Christian, but we are available to persons of any faith background. Through our relationships with clergy and lay leaders of other faith communities, we will work to connect our patients and their families with their preferred spiritual resources.
Hospital Chapel
The Chapel is located on the first floor of the main hospital. It is always open, providing a quiet place for prayer and meditation for patient families, visitors, and hospital staff.
