Brookwood Partners with Talladega Superspeedway

Talladega Superspeedway recently announced Brookwood Medical Center as the official healthcare provider for the fastest, biggest and most competitive motorsport facility in the world.   

“Brookwood is very proud and pleased to be the official healthcare provider for the Talladega Superspeedway.  Talladega has a long tradition of excellence in entertainment and value to race fans from all over the country, and Brookwood Medical Center has been delivering high-quality healthcare to our region for over 36 years,” said Garry L. Gause, president and chief executive officer for Brookwood Medical Center.  “It’s a terrific match – both of our organizations consistently work to exceed the expectations of our customers and patients.  Our doctors and staff are anxious to get started with providing healthcare support to Talladega Superspeedway.” 

As part of the multi-year agreement, Brookwood will be providing support for the Talladega medical staff in the form of volunteers, clinical assistants, supplies and personnel.  In addition, the hospital will be supporting both major NASCAR race events and ongoing activities throughout the year.
